How It Works

2. Submit your rebate

3. Watch your email
HERD will review your submission and contact you by email once your rebate has been reviewed. Qualifying rebates will be paid by check and mailed to the address provided.

Terms and conditions
Offer valid on qualifying HERD Grille Guard and Truck Guard purchases made from an authorized HERD dealer between July 1, 2026 and August 30, 2026.
Qualifying HERD Grille Guard purchases are eligible for a $200 rebate. Qualifying HERD Truck Guard purchases are eligible for a $400 rebate.
To qualify, customers must submit a completed rebate form and valid proof of purchase by September 30, 2026. Proof of purchase must clearly show the customer name or company name, dealer name, purchase date, product purchased, and purchase amount. HERD may contact the dealer to confirm the validity of the purchase.
Rebate submissions must be received by September 30, 2026. Late, incomplete, duplicate, altered, illegible, or fraudulent submissions may be denied. HERD is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable submissions.
Limit three rebates per person or company. Offer is valid for qualifying end-user purchases only and is not valid for HERD employees, dealers, distributors, or resellers unless expressly approved by HERD.
This offer applies only to new qualifying HERD products and does not apply to used, returned, cancelled, refunded, or exchanged purchases. Rebate is not transferable and has no cash value beyond the stated rebate amount. Offer may not be combined with other HERD rebates, discounts, credits, or promotions unless expressly stated.
Qualifying rebates will be paid by check to the mailing address provided on the rebate submission form. Rebates will be paid in USD or CAD based on the country where the qualifying purchase occurred. Please allow up to six weeks after submission approval for processing and payment. Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address. HERD is not responsible for checks lost or delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
HERD reserves the right to verify eligibility, request additional documentation, deny any submission that does not comply with these terms, and modify, suspend, or cancel the program if fraud, technical issues, administrative errors, supply limitations, or other circumstances affect the integrity or operation of the promotion.
Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
By submitting a rebate form, customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and authorizes HERD to use the submitted information to process and verify the rebate. Personal information will be used only as needed to process and verify the rebate, unless the customer has separately opted in to receive additional communications from HERD.
